A settings recipe that composes the most parts: an Avatar and Badge in the
header, Tabs for the sections, Field/FieldInput for text, Switch and
Select for choices, and a Button footer.

Each Field renders its own label and message, so a section reads top to bottom
with no layout to hand-place. Switch reports state through aria-valuetext
because the runtime has no aria-checked; the recipe keeps the visible label
beside it.
